(1) The authority's income-expenditure accounts shall be kept in accordance with the format adopted by the Government of Nepal.
(2) The internal audit of the Authority's funds shall be conducted by the Office of the Controller of Funds and Accounts and the final audit shall be conducted by the Auditor General.
